​I will be the first to say that I am a picky Bride and I am very particular about a lot of things, especially when it came for us to take our engagement photos. As soon as we got engaged I researched for a few months with all different styles for a photographer. I fell in love with Mykalin and her style as soon as we connected. She responded right away and answered all of my questions and concerns. That was huge for me because I know our lives are busy, but she really took the time to get to know me and my Fiance before we booked anything. When we made the decision to go with Conway Captions we had kind of a major request from her of where we wanted our engagement photos location to be. I had asked her if she would travel to Page, AZ to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend (we are from San Diego). I don't even think she hesitated, she was so excited to travel with us, which made the beginning of our experience with her the best ever. Fast forward 6 months later when it was time to take our pictures, Mykalin and I had exchanged plenty of emails along the way, anywhere from me getting her advice on what to wear to us both being excited to travel to a place neither of us had been before. As soon as we met I felt like I had known her for a lifetime. Taking pictures could be somewhat awkward since neither myself or my Fiance have ever really been in front of the camera, and note its like pulling my Fiance's arm to take a picture with me, but she made us feel SO comfortable. We spent all afternoon exploring our locations and feeling like movie stars. A couple weeks later I get an email with our pictures, and words can't even describe how much we love them. Mykalin captured EXACTLY what I wanted, the love that my Fiance and I have for each other. The angles, the lighting, her style, her professionalism, her way of getting my Fiance to smile, everything about the pictures were perfect. When we needed to book a photographer for our wedding date, we didn't even hesitate and we knew that Mykalin had to be our photographer. We can't imagine anyone else capturing our special day and we now consider Mykalin like family. I know that Mykalin will be forever capturing our favorite moments for the rest of our lives. I am blown away with Mykee Conway! She has SO much talent in videography, it is truly impressive. My wedding video was heartfelt and perfect. I was probably the most unorganized bride you’d ever meet and she just went with the flow and never made me feel bad for not having anything ready.
